Little Bright Eyes Vinca
Little Bright Eyes are especially useful for the southern or desert climates or hard to maintain hot spots near a concrete or reflecting wall. It blooms best when other plants are hurting from the heat. The flowers are 1 to 1/2 inch phlox like blooms with a pink center. The Vinca Little Bright Eyes is used in containers, ground cover, and borders. This plant is as well known as devil's eye or sorcerer's violet.
